Ayni is a peruvian turn of phrase, meaning “today for you, tomorrow for me” built upon this sentiment, founders Adriana Cachay and Laerke Skyum came together to create a brand focused on honoring ancient traditions, using local materials, and altering the production model to promote social , economic and environmental sustainability.

To us AYNI is more than a brand, it is a lifestyle and a choice we make to commit to a better tomorrow.

Today, Ayni continues to preserve the meaning and values of its name.

All our products are handmade in Peru by Peruvian Artisans, using only the most exclusive Peruvian materials such as the luxurious baby alpaca, long-lasting pima cotton and also natural plant based dyes made in Peru. With our key principles of responsible and sustainable production and supply chain management we seek to set an example for the local and international fashion and apparel industry.

We are motivated by the belief that ethics and can join hands and encourage a more conscious lifestyle and consumption. Ayni promotes traditional weaving methods to achieve a quality that outshines industrially made products.
